The lobby is comfy and has free coffee and tea all day. I loved the daily fresh fruit-infused water and the beautiful, clean rooms. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made the stay enjoyable. A great on-site restaurant made dining a breeze. 😊

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hotel La Casa De Don Tomas. The staff was unhelpful when issues arose during my stay. After missing our airport transfer, which they failed to reserve for us, I had to fight hard for a reimbursement with no apology or recognition from management.

The hotel features a wonderful tour desk for planning outings, making it easy to explore the stunning Atacama region. We enjoyed the large rooms, especially after busy days with our baby, and the friendly staff was always ready with assistance.

My kids wished for more larger family-friendly areas.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend in San Pedro de Atacama with decent value for money. The staff spoke amazing English and were very welcoming, making my stay much more comfortable. For future travelers, be sure to inquire about the different room types to match your needs better.

the room near the entrance was noisy in the early morning (not great for sleep! ). the pool was quite refreshing after long days, staff were super responsive and quick with requests, and the breakfast had a nice variety! !

The Superior Double Room was spacious and had a super comfy king-sized bed. I loved the bathroom—great shower pressure and consistent temperature. Also, the wifi was spot on! I appreciated having two bottles of water daily. One little downside was the lack of storage space for clothes, but the clean and modern vibe made it a great space to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, super cozy stay!

The staff truly made my stay special, they were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, especially Paula at reception who went above and beyond. The breakfast was varied and delicious with fresh pastries every day. I also enjoyed the serene garden views that added a calming touch to my experience.

Awesome stay with friends! The hotel is clean, and we enjoyed the refreshing pool after exploring the valleys and geysers. The breakfast had great options, and the staff was always ready to help us with tips on tours. Free water refills were a nice touch too!

One downside was the noise early in the morning from trolleys and cars taking tourists out for tours, which made it tough to sleep.
